Chase WC IPA

(available for in-house enjoyment plus can, and growler-fills)

Named after our very good friend and great supporter, Rick Chase.  This bright IPA is hopped with Sultana, Trident and HS09326 hops. Which gives intense pineapple, tropical fruit, citrus zest, and piney bitterness, with potential hints of mango, apricot, and some herbal complexity. A well-balanced choice for hop lovers who enjoy both fruity and dank hop character. 

6.7% ABV

Fenwick Lager

(available for in-house enjoyment plus cans, and growler-fills)

Soft on the palate with a whisper of Noble hop aromatics, this unfiltered pale lager is our take on a traditional German Zwickelbier. From its shimmering appearance to its clean, crisp flavor and its smooth, satisfying finish. This beer is perfect for a day out fishing or sitting around telling fish stories.

4.8% ABV

Pennsyltucky Lager

(available for in-house enjoyment plus cans, and growler-fills)

This smooth, Vienna-style lager is inspired by the brewing traditions of Central Pennsylvania. Caramunich malt gives this classic style a nice, roasty flavor while the Cluster hops provide a little bite and a touch of earthy bitterness.

Collin James Irish Red

(available for in-house enjoyment plus cans, and growler-fills)

Low in alcohol and bitterness, this Irish Red Ale is a well balanced people pleaser. Lightly hopped with the mild, earthy, and somewhat woody Fuggle variety, this beer entices the nose with a rich, toffee-like aroma. Meanwhile, notes of plum and raisin play with a slightly bready and nutty flavor provided by Irish ale malt and a touch of roasted barley.

Hans Gruber American Wheat Ale

This refreshing springtime favorite uses Pilsner and wheat for the grain bill. Lighter than a Hefeweizen, this beer is crisp with a malty sweet finish—perfect with a squeeze of citrus!

Puppy Love Strawberry chocolate Stout

(available for in-house enjoyment plus cans, and growler-fills)

Indulge in this decadent stout, where rich, velvety chocolate meets the bright, fruity sweetness of fresh strawberries. Brewed with roasted malts, cocoa nibs, and real strawberries, this beer offers a harmonious blend of dark chocolate bitterness and luscious berry notes.
