Triceratown IPA

We brewed a beer with our pals from Georgetown Brewing that's old school in appearance, but super cool school in flavor and aroma. Straight out of the Cretaceous period, this coppery IPA erupts with notes of strawberry preserves, apricots, modern hopping techniques, blackberries, and giant reptile awesomeness.

6.5% ABV

Moon Boots Cold IPA

(available for in-house enjoyment plus cans, and growler-fills)

So we got together with our friends at Old School pizza and Came up with a bright, tropical, and crisp, cold IPA using a mix of Citra, Amarillo, Simcoe  and Azacca hops, layered over a clean, Pilsner malt backbone. Bursting aromas of ripe mango, citrus zest, and fresh pine lead into juicy flavors of tangerine, passionfruit, and stone fruit, balanced by subtle herbal undertones. This beer is  perfect for pizza and hop lovers a like that are looking for clarity and brightness in every sip to go with their favorite slice.

Collin James Irish Red

Low in alcohol and bitterness, this Irish Red Ale is a well balanced people pleaser. Lightly hopped with the mild, earthy, and somewhat woody Fuggle variety, this beer entices the nose with a rich, toffee-like aroma. Meanwhile, notes of plum and raisin play with a slightly bready and nutty flavor provided by Irish ale malt and a touch of roasted barley.

Pennsyltucky Lager

This smooth, Vienna-style lager is inspired by the brewing traditions of Central Pennsylvania. Caramunich malt gives this classic style a nice, roasty flavor while the Cluster hops provide a little bite and a touch of earthy bitterness.

Fenwick Lager

Soft on the palate with a whisper of Noble hop aromatics, this unfiltered pale lager is our take on a traditional German Zwickelbier. From its shimmering appearance to its clean, crisp flavor and its smooth, satisfying finish. This beer is perfect for a day out fishing or sitting around telling fish stories.

Raspberry Golden Ale

(available for in-house enjoyment plus cans, and growler-fills)

This is a Golden Ale made with Pacific Northwest raspberries. It isn't your average fruit beer, however. The introduction of the fruit during secondary fermentation provides a crisp character and a dry, refreshing finish.
