Banjo Dog Brown Ale

Light and smooth, our Brown Ale starts with the inviting aroma of dark fruit, toasted grain, and dry roasted nuts. Oats add just enough creaminess, while layers of English malts lend subtle notes of chocolate and a dry, bready finish. Pint after pint, year after year, Banjo is the dependable companion you want at your side.

Ben SMaSH IPA

Our son, Ben, is happiest when he has something to smash! This single malt, single hop beer is made with Idaho 7 hops and German Pilsner malt. It's a pop of the tropics with a pleasant, citrusy finish.

Bohemian Rhaspberry

This is a Golden Ale made with Pacific Northwest raspberries and grain from Skagit Valley Malting. It isn't your average fruit beer, however. The introduction of the fruit during secondary fermentation provides a crisp character and a dry, refreshing finish.

Collin James Irish Red Ale

Low in alcohol and bitterness, this Irish Red Ale is a well balanced people pleaser. Lightly hopped with the mild, earthy, and somewhat woody Fuggle variety, this beer entices the nose with a rich, toffee-like aroma. Meanwhile, notes of plum and raisin play with a slightly bready and nutty flavor provided by Irish ale malt and a touch of roasted barley.

CitraSaurus Down Double IPA

At the end of a long day on the slopes, every rider looks forward to two things: a comfy seat and a good beer. We brewed this warming Double IPA with three different malts and an avalanche of tropical Citra hops to keep your taste buds happy. Now go find someplace for that aching behind.

Doctor Stengel’s Zwickel Bavarian Lager

Soft on the palate with a whisper of Noble hop aromatics, this unfiltered pale lager is our take on a traditional German Zwickelbier. From its shimmering appearance to its clean, crisp flavor and its smooth, satisfying finish, Doctor Stegel's is a beer everyone can enjoy. Drink it fresh in the company of friends.

Hans Gruber American Wheat Ale

This refreshing summertime favorite uses Spalter hops as well as Pilsner and wheat for the grain bill. Lighter than a Hefeweizen, this beer is crisp with a malty sweet finish—perfect with a squeeze of citrus!

Irish Lager

A premium lager brewed with Pilsner malt from Ireland and East Kent Golding hops, this beer appeals with its simplicity. Floral, earthy and slightly grassy on the nose, the aroma brings to mind a spring meadow, while the golden color suggests a light, crisp taste with notes of honey.

Land of the Lost

This decadent Milk Stout has been aged in whiskey barrels for 14 months. Notes of vanilla and oak blend with a deep, roasted caramel sweetness and a velvety smooth body to make for a delicious treat.

Liquid Swords IPA

We launched our popular rotating IPA series back in 2016, and by drawing on the wide variety of expressive hop varieties available to brewers, haven’t made the same beer since. Hazy or bright, fruity or piney, no two Chambers are alike, and they never last long.

Little Critics

Soured with our house culture and conditioned on dozens of pounds of Washington-grown fruit (including cherries, blueberries, grapes, and more), our Little Critics sour beers feature a pleasing tartness contributed by the fruit and a moderate level of acidity. Extended aging in Heaven Hill whiskey barrels further enhances the complexity of each beer.

Molly IPA

This beer, named for our brewer’s middle child, showcases the Pekko hop. A complex and unusual variety, Pekko lends mint and sage character that helps to give this IPA a clean, crisp taste with a pleasant herbal bite. Subtle notes of cantaloupe and pear round out the flavor.

Mrs. Voorhees Peanut Butter Stout

This stout is brewed with our friends at Skagit Valley Malt, just in time for the fall season. The combination of peanut butter and salted caramel makes this imperial milk stout a real treat. Meanwhile, the selected specialty malts give it a nice, roasty backbone.

ONE Pilsner

A collaboration with our friends at ONE Manufacturing, this crushable lager combines epic refreshment with Salmon-Safe malt from Mainstem in Walla Walla and a spicy, resinous, and floral experimental hop variety from Roy Farms in Moxee. Additions of Citra and Monroe hops also provide some nuanced fruity tones to a crisp, clean, easy-drinking beer.

Peachy Keene

Brewed to celebrate the birth of our sales rep's first child, Peachy Keene is loaded with the bright, tropical aroma of Azacca hops, the juicy flavor of ripe stone fruit, and a touch of flaked wheat to add body. It's a beer for the end of a season and a new beginning.

Pennsyltucky Vienna-Style Lager

This smooth, Vienna-style lager is inspired by the brewing traditions of Central Pennsylvania. Caramunich malt gives this classic style a nice, roasty flavor while the Cluster hops provide a little bite and a touch of earthy bitterness.

Prehistoric Guardian American Barleywine

Patiently waiting inside Heaven Hill barrels for 12 long months, this silent sentinel greets your taste buds with the powerful flavors of sweet maple syrup, rich molasses, and creamy bourbon caramel. Not known to be an aggressive beast, Prehistoric Guardian is nonetheless formidable, with a quiet intensity and layers of complexity. Plus, at 11.5% ABV, it's not the kind of creature you want to underestimate.

R. G. Barton’s Export Stout

Brewed with flaked and roasted barley, two different kinds of dark malt, and slightly spicy East Kent Golding hops for balance, this Irish-style Export Stout is our tribute to makers and craftsmen. Dark as espresso with a medium body and notes of coffee and bittersweet chocolate, Barton's is a beer to savor at the end of a long day or the completion of a satisfying project.

Revival Coffee Milk Stout

Working with our friends at Olympia's Revival Motors & Coffee Company, we added complex, full-bodied, cold brew Arabica coffee from Caffè Umbria to our award-winning Milk Stout recipe for a balanced beer with creamy sweetness, plenty of medium dark roast flavor, and a sessionable ABV. Crack open a can and taste for yourself what the buzz is all about!

Sami IPA

Sammy, our oldest, is a lover of all things floral and sweet, and this IPA is no exception. Building on a foundation of honey-accented Pilsner malt, we use generous additions of Lemondrop, and Strata hops to bring out notes of citrus candy and berry.

Shaggy Pachyderm Brut IPA

This Brut IPA has the lemon blossom character found in Citra and Lemondrop hops, resulting in a crisp ale fitting for the last days of summer. It's a Mammoth of a beer!

Shogun Assassin IPA

Like a finely crafted weapon, Shogun Assassin is balanced and beautiful. Forged from flavorful Skagit Valley Pilsner malt, it's a dangerously drinkable IPA that attacks with a trio of bold American hops: Citra, Azacca, and Bravo. Choose the sword.

South Sound Siren IPA

With notes of stone fruit and a balance of tropical citrus, this IPA will intrigue your palate like the siren's song. Brewed with the Yakima Chief Pink Boots hop blend.

Spackler’s Summer IPA

Whether you're a duffer, a looper, a greenskeeper, or a pro, this session IPA is sure to hit the spot. Spackler tees off with big notes of apricot, grapefruit, mango, and pineapple before fading into a dry, piney finish.

Strawberry Golden Ale

A summertime favorite bursting with Pacific Northwest grown strawberries. The introduction of strawberries during secondary fermentation helps to provide dry, crisp character and a refreshing finish.

TriceraMOB IPA

We got together with our friends at Aberdeen’s Mount Olympus Brewing to brush up on our hoppy ABC’s. Aiming for a beer that’s big on flavor and drinkability we used Azacca, Bravo, and Citra hops to impart bold notes of lime, mango, and grapefruit. Meanwhile, white wheat and rolled oats in the mash keep it soft and pillowy. But all you really need to know is that it’s fundamentally delicious.
